Effective September 14, 2026
VetClaimMath is an independent educational calculator. The calculator does not require an account and does not ask users to submit names, claim numbers, medical records, diagnoses, or contact information.
Calculations and saved scenarios
Rating and compensation estimates are calculated in the user’s browser and are not transmitted to VetClaimMath. Saving is optional. Saved scenarios remain only in that browser on that device until the user deletes them or clears browser data. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view them, so users should not use claim numbers or other sensitive information as scenario names.
Advertising and purchases
The mobile application may display limited, non-personalized advertising and offer a one-time purchase to remove advertisements. Advertising, app-store, and payment providers may process device, purchase, diagnostic, or advertising data under their own privacy policies. This policy will be updated with the final providers and required disclosures before mobile release.
Website hosting
The public website may generate standard technical logs through its hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page, for security and service operation.
Children
VetClaimMath is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Government affiliation
VetClaimMath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or the U.S. government.
Contact and voluntary feedback
Questions, feedback, and issue reports may be sent to support@vetclaimmath.app. Information a user includes in an email is voluntarily transmitted to VetClaimMath and processed by the applicable email providers. Users should not send claim numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information.
